Hi there,

The problem is none of the calendar’s assets are loading on that page.

Are you using Divi’s page builder to add the shrotcode to the page? If yes, try adding the shortcode to the standard WP editor.

Or you can add this snippet to your site:

You can add that to a custom functions plugin on your site:

I wasn’t using the divi page builder on this page actually. But adding the snippet did the trick. Thanks so much!

I’m glad that worked, but can I ask, how are you building out the page if not using the builder?

I’m curious as to why the shortcode tracking wasn’t working with your setup.

First, I wasn’t using it on the page, just inserted the shortcode. After adding the snippet, I tested it while using the builder and it worked as well. Not sure why it wasn’t working before, even disabled all the plugins, switched themes and nothing. So it wasn’t even the divi theme or any of the plugins.

The shortcode? So it was just added directly within the WP Editor… it’s odd that that didn’t just work out the box then.

After adding the snippet, I tested it while using the builder and it worked as well.

It will as the above snippet set the calendar scripts to load everywhere, they just need the elements on the page that the JS targets (which the shortcode adds for you)

Not sure why it wasn’t working before, even disabled all the plugins, switched themes and nothing.

Yeah if something has prevented the shortcode tracking from registering the shortcode in use, disabling plugins and switching the theme may not work.

I have a copy of Divi, so will do some digging into this and see if I can reproduce.
