Calendar settings not showing on WordPress menu

I added the plugins for table view and grid view calendars and activated them. My menu doesn’t show Settings->Calendar like the documentation says it should. I was able to add the promo code plugin and it shows under Add-ons but that is the only menu option available. Under Settings only shows General and Payment methods.
