Header style and button text are listed in the advanced settings, but the calendar on the site does not show previous and next buttons. This is locking the calendar to current month, current week, or current day. |
I am having the same trouble, since I upgraded to the latest two versions. Have rolled back to 1.11 to resolve this until I can figure out how to fix. |

Try resetting the calendar options (at the bottom of the calendar settings page). Then temporarily switch to the twenty eleven theme (use the theme test drive plugin to view the twenyeleven theme as the admin without affecting the current theme for the site’s vistiors). It’s possible that the current WP theme has one or more CSS rules that are hiding these buttons. |

I have the same issue – Calendar Version 2.0.B.1 – Previous & Next buttons do not appear, but if you hover over the positions where they should be, they are functional, but invisible. Reverting to the Twenty-eleven theme had the same behavior – invisible previous and next buttons. |
@sgherman, check the page source or look in Firebug for where that style rule is coming from. I have the same setup here and the buttons appear: It could be another plugin, or if you have some custom stylesheets in the /wp-content/uploads/espresso/templates folder, they might be hiding those buttons. |

Thank you Amerrick. It didn’t solve my problem. I can not see the calendar in any page or post, but your solution answered my other question! Now my events are nicely inside boxes. |

@Amerrick, Actually problem solved. Your solution solved my problem too! Thank you so much |
