Calendar of Events not displaying

I am brand new to Event Espresso. I have all of my events entered and they show up in the Grid or Table format, but I cannot get the calendar to display at all. Any suggestions?

Do you have the [ESPRESSO_CALENDAR] shortcode set on a page currently? If so can you link me to it so I can take a look, please?
