Hi,

I’ve installed eventespresso on my website http://soireepeinture.fr/
The event-registration works well : http://soireepeinture.fr/event-registration/
But the calendar doesn’t show up at all : http://soireepeinture.fr/calendrier-soirees/
I taught it was some conflict with the Aegaeus theme so i switch one page to the default “Twenty Thirteen” theme and put the calendar in it :
http://soireepeinture.fr/calendar1/
And it still doesn’t show up.
Am I missing something ? do you have any ideas ?
Thanks in advance !

Hi Omid,

It looks like the apostrophe in S’inscrire maintenant is not being escaped, so the javascript is breaking.

A quick fix would be to change that wording via the Calendar Settings or Translation files to not include the apostrophe.

I would suggest trying the latest calendar in the Pre Release section as it has been rewritten to be more powerful and also the apostrophe issue is no longer present.

Hi Dean,

Thank you for your answer, I’ve installed the pre-release and it shows-up now :http://soireepeinture.fr/calendrier-soirees/
But the calendar isn’t fully translated (days of week are translated but not today, October, month, week, day, Event Time:).
Also when I click on an event, the small pop-up that apears seems to have so display problem.
Are all those due to the pre-release ? How can I fix those problems ?

Thanks in advance !

Hi,

Regarding the translation, please check the Calendar Settings, you should be able to change the wording to French there.

“he small pop-up that apears seems to have so display problem.” The pop ups are currently white, but apart from that I couldnt see any issues, can you explain further please?

The background colour can be changed with some CSS, see below, but yes as it is in Beta there may well be small issues with it.

.ui-tooltip {
background-color: #eee;
}
