Calendar in fancybox or any lightbox

Hi,
Is there a way to open the calendar in fancybox or any other light box solution , so when i click “book now” a window would pop up with the calendar to choose the right registration date ?

Hello,

It’s possible yes, but it depends on how the lightbox works and requires some customisation. I did a quick test with a random lightbox (http://wordpress.org/plugins/lightbox-pop/) and it didnt work. I then forced the calendars javascript to show on that page and it worked – http://d.pr/i/9yp

Was it perfect? No. Some of the calendar was chopped off and the hover effects didnt work, the events seemed to be all over the place. Also selecting events loaded the events in the lightbox.

So in theory it could be gotten to work, but you would need to play around with it and possibly even do dome customisation.

Oh and only loading the javascript on that page is advisable, as it will cause issues if it loads twice
