I’ve seen this topic, in here already and there was no answer. This is very, very frustrating.
I have the page at full width, the calender squares are too small when I put a thumbnail in them the text grows but not with the calender grid proportionately. >:(
what i would like is to set the calender rows at a certain height no matter if there is an image or not, so it looks uniform. mostly there will be images anyways.
also the loading is very slow on this.

Hi Leisu,
This looks like something from your current WP theme is adding the extra space. Can you try testing the calendar for your site with the twentytwelve theme?
