Hi

We are setting up events that will require the customer to book in

We have previously used the barcode scanner to book people in that works really well

BUT I would like to add either a list or calendar view for the operator of the event to look at.

Am I able to integrate the bookings into a google calendar type view?

Hi Jonathan,

I’m not sure I follow what you are trying to do, can you provide more details on where this calendar/list would displayed?

I don’t think we have anything that will do what you are looking for, but as its not clear what that is I can’t say for sure.

Hi Tony

I am looking at this for our Grotto experience

Currently we have half hour slots and have 8 kids per half hour slot

So I have been making tickets based on

0900 to 0930
0930 to 1000
1000 to 1030 etc etc

However when I come to print a list it doesnt see to take these in any order and the bookings are not in a logical order. We get round this by manually doing a spreadsheet

What I am trying to achieve is a view where for that days Grotto bookings its in some sort of chronological order

Would it be down to how I organise the tickets?

I am really open to any suggestions on this

Hmm, ok.

So this is when you print a list from the Registrations CSV report?

Yes

I print this off then hide a number of columns

I can re-arrange this, but often as soon as this is printed the list goes out of date as more bookings are coming in
So I think what I am looking for is a way to view this information on the back office side of things but in time order

Hi Jonathan,

You can view all of the bookings for a specific Datetime by going to Event Espresso > Registrations > Event Check-in, then select an event, then click Filter, then select the Datetime and click filter.
