Calendar does not load

Following the instructions, I added the shorttag [ESPRESSO_CALENDAR] to a new page. Nothing displays, just a blank page.

WordPress 3.4.2
Espresso Calendar 2.0.B.1
Apache 2, PHP 5.3.8, All browsers

Updated Espresso Calendar to version 2.0.3. Still does not work.

Adding jQuery.noConflict(); to my site’s JavaScript file fixed the problem.
