We have recurring events on our calendar. There are several events which show up as a different color even though they are all marked as the same category, and are within the same recurring event. Can you please look into this, or let us know where to look for the error? An example on our site is the Class called Parenting 103. Some of the courses for that event show up as the purple color which is correct, and some show up a dark blue, which is the color for our store items. We have the latest version of WP and EE.

Actually, we are not using the latest version of WP because it created too many errors with EE.

Hi there,
I checked the site that is attached to your support license and it says it’s on Event Espresso 3.1.29.P. The current version of Event Espresso is 3.1.35.P. You will likely find that if you update to the latest version of Event Espresso and its calendar the latest version of WP will be fine and the category colors will render as expected.
