Hello,

We are facing an issue with category filter links on our calendar page.

Our calendar page is :
http://lyon.ce-worldline.fr/wp/?page_id=1427

When we click on a category filer, the link is :
http://lyon.ce-worldline.fr/wp/?event_category_id=musique-1405506795
=> We are redirected to welcome page

We would like the button to have a relative page link as folow :
http://lyon.ce-worldline.fr/wp/?page_id=1427&event_category_id=musique-1405506795

How to fix this? Is there a bug ?

Thanks in advance for your help,
Regards

Tony

Hi Florent,

We can’t view your site without login information.

I’m not sure which links you are following currently, could you provide temporary login details so we can take a look? If so please use this form:

No Problem.

If you could attach some screen shots of the links you are following I’ll investigate this further on my test site.

You’ll either need to host the images and provide a link here or use I recommend using something like MonoSnap to capture the screen, you can then use the build in editor to annotate, upload the screen shot and it will provide you with a short link to share.

Thank you, I understand now.

Those links are intended to take you to the category pages for all of your events and not for the Calendar so this is expected behaviour.

The closest option we have to what you are requesting is using the ‘Category Filters’. Go to Event Espresso -> Settings -> Calendar.

Within there you will find ‘Enable Filters in Calendar’, if you enable this and save the settings, reload the Calendar you will find a dropdown that allows you to select a specific Category and/or Venue, only events within these selections will be displayed within the Calendar.
