We would need more details, but I assume you could use EE4 to set up venues or categories for each city. However, you may find that most of the events will need to be duplicated or set up manually.
@Seth, thank you for your response.
I am testing the free version of EE4, but against some barriers.
For example:
– The date is so accepted the American format, if I try to change to dd/mm/yyyy the EE4 changes it automatically.
Other questions:
– How can I duplicate events without having to recreate each one manually. For the same regular line of BUSES linking several cities of origin and different destinations, I will have to create the various events:
O1 to D1 with various prices
O1 to D2 with various prices
O2 to D1 with various prices
O2 to D2 with various prices
O3 to D1 with various prices
O3 to D2 …
This in my case, I have about 3000 daily occurrences that must be created and then adjust the days of occurrence. This is because the same line has several starting points and various points of arrival and even duplication to returns.
Unfortunately PHP does not recognise the UK date format (annoying I know) so dd/mm/yyyy will fail. However you can use dd-mm-yyyy as an alternative.
Duplicating events in EE4 is simple but still manual. In the latest EE4, there is a Duplicate Event button just below the event title when editing an event.
