Hi EventEspresso,

We are facing an issue with one of requirement to be implemented using EE4.

Client need to develop something like this:

There are limit of the ticket. Hope that can be handle using the Event Espresso.

But the further process is as follows:

Client will create a Package of Gold, Silver, .. Tickets with limited number of tickets.User can purchase any tickets.

Now, the tricky part, if user has purchase the gold ticket (i.e. package for frontend user), then from admin it must deduct 10 tickets

See the client comment as below:

“If a Gold package is purchased, it comes with 10 tickets.
If a Silver package is purchased it comes with 5 tickets.
So, when either of those packages are sold the applicable number of tickets (10 or 5) will need to be deducted from the pool of available tickets to be purchased. ”

Hopefully, that makes sense and is doable with this plugin ?

Is this feasible using any addons or any custom development ?

Hi there,

Event Espresso 4 actually includes a ticket bundle feature. Here’s a link to its documentation:

Hi Josh,
Thank for the reply.
I have checked given url and it was helpful.
If we go this way, we will fullfill the requirement for single bundle only.
i.e. For Gold:
Let say Gold is a bundle of 10
But the enduser want to buy 20 i.e. 2 bundle of Gold, then how we reach to fullfill this requirement?
In short, user can buy any number of bundle of Gold
will you please help us out in this?
Thanks

Hi there,

They would need to create multiple registrations selecting the Gold bundle each time or you can create multiple Gold ticket bundles and the user selected between the different quantities.

Currently, there is no option within EE to register onto multiple bundles at once.
