Can you tell me why some of my tickets say /bundle and others don’t. I can’t figure it out. Thanks

Hi Scott, a bundle will be any ticket options that use the minimum and maximum option via the advanced options (gear icon) of the ticket editor.

If you would like to use different messaging, then a gettext filter will work:
