We offer a range of workshops and training events and use EE for those clients who prefer to book via the web.
One of our options is a series of 13 workshops that can be booked individually at £X per workshop.
If the client books any 5 workshops they can opt to have them accredited at £Y (£Y < 5 x £X) for the whole set plus a mandatory accreditation fee £Z.
Is there anyway we can achieve this in EE – we have the full suite if that helps?

Hi there,
If I understand the above correctly, then we don’t currently have something like this available within EE.
The only way you could create X number of workshops at X price within EE is if the workshops are within a single event (separate datetimes within 1 EE event), that would mean you could create tickets assigned to specific datetimes and then charge a set fee for that specific ticket.
If the workshops are individual events within Event Espresso then we don’t have a way to provide a discount based on the number of selected events in the cart etc. If that is what you are looking for we do have it as a feature request which we’ve called ‘Volume discounts‘ but it’s not a feature we have start working on as of yet.

Hi,
Unfortunately they have to be individual events as they need to be booked as 1 off events as well as being combined into any X from Y bundles.
Please add my vote the Volume Discount feature request.
As a workaround could I apply a fixed price promo code to the cart if they booked multiple events?

You can add a promotion to the cart, but we don’t have any way to limit the usage of that promotion (or automatically apply it) based on the selected events.
