I need your help. I was creating bulk purchase ticket options for an event using the ‘Advanced settings’. I created two different bulk tickets; one for a quantity of 10 and the other for a quantity of 20. The 10 shows up under the drop down on the front end when a visitor is purchasing tickets. However, ’20’ doesn’t show on the other ticket option; only ‘0’ shows in the drop-down.
I saw in the support forum a suggestion of upping the php_value max_input_vars to 2000. I had my host, wp-engine, up it to 3000. This solution didn’t work.
Is there something else I can do the resolve this?
We might need to know the numbers you have set for min and max quantity for each of those tickets. But first, can you check the number set for Maximum number of tickets allowed per order for this event in the Event Registration Options box? You will need to set that number to at least 20.
