Bulk Emails to Pending Status

I am currently running
Event Espresso version 3.1.36.6.P
WordPress version WP 4.1

I want to send invoices to registraint that have not paid with a status of “Pending”, is there a way to send a bulk email to these registraints other than going into each resgitration individually, which is very time consumsing.

Hi Robert, there isn’t a filter option for the batch email / bulk email option.

You could export a list of registrants for that event and that file will show the status for each attendee. If the list of attendees is fairly small then you could compose an email from your email account (e.g. gmail).

Otherwise, a tool like MailChimp would be helpful for notifying select attendees if you are already using our MailChimp Integration for Event Espresso 3.

It would seem to me that batch email would be pretty useful on EV, do you know if there are nay plans to develop this?

each email going out would be unique to each registrant, pulling registraion information to include in each email.

Hi, there are no plans to add this to Event Espresso 3. However, you can email select attendees in Event Espresso 4.
