[BUG] maximum number of tickets not working on event cart

Hi,

I think I found a bug with MER.. I’ve setup “Maximum number of tickets allowed per order for this event” to 5 tickets. When I goes to Event Cart, I can register more than 5 by clicking + on each tickets.

Yes that’s a bug. Thanks for reporting. We’ll get that one fixed.

This is fixed in the Event Espresso 4.7.7.p update.

I’ve tried the possibilities, and it still buggy..
Here is the pict http://i62.tinypic.com/kdx27p.png

From registration page, it does block the registration at 5, but in the checkout page, I can fill more than 5..

Hi Robby,

I was remiss to mention that you also need to update to Multi Event Registration version 2.0.2 as well in order to obtain the fix.

Hi Josh,

I’ve update MER to 2.0.2, seems working only for 1 session or ticket type, but for more than 1 tickets still have bug.. please check here: http://i58.tinypic.com/kevw48.png

Seems the checking only per textbox, but when I put 2 in each ticket quantity (total 6), I still register for 6 people / registrant..
