BUG: Mailchimp Address STATE wrong data sent

When the address STATE field is sent to MailChimp as a text field it sends the code id e.g. ’70’ and not the State name e.g. ‘Victoria’. Victoria is a State in Australia that we setup in EE4. State is a text field we setup in MailChimp.
