BUG: Incorrect calculation of number of tickets left

Hi,

As you can see from the image below, there is a bug in that the number of tickets remaining and sold is incorrectly calculated when you have more than 1 type of ticket setup for an event.

Hi, could you provide another screenshot with the advanced options expanded for that datetime?

You can expand it by clicking on the gear icon.

Thanks for the screenshot. We’re investigating this. If you can let us know any details about those tickets in how they were archived, or if there were any transactions where payments were deleted that will be helpful.

Hi Josh,

I don’t have any registrations that have been deleted. There are cancelled registrations but these were never actually confirmed…

I’m not sure how to archive tickets so I doubt this is something that has been done…

Can you outline the specific steps to reproduce this bug? We’ve tried to guess from your screenshot, and so far have not been able to reproduce it on our testing servers.
