Browser information of registration

I’m trying to figure out failed registrants. One thing I’d like to know is there a way to determine their browser?

Hi Robert,

Not from the plugin no. You could check your analytics software, or contact the user direct. If you do contact them direct you can ask them to go to http://supportdetails.com/ to make it easy for them to send you the details.

Are there any plans in the future to do so? It will help on debugging. I notice that at times that there are some differences.

Hi Robert,

I actually asked that from the developer team myself as I agree it would help. There are no plans to add it into 3.1.X, but 4.0 + already has a feature that gives detailed feedback on a registrant including browser type.
