This is the error shown:

Hi,

I saw that you rolled back to 3.1.29.

Was the error in the Plugins section when trying to activate the plugin?

Did you update from 3.1.29?

Hi Dean,

The error showed in frontend as well as backend on a further white screen. Complete shutdown. Hence the reason I rolled back, it’s a live production site. I will make a clone of it tonight (CET) and keep on trying then.

I indeed updated from 3.1.29.

Is there anything you can do for me?

Sorry one other question I forgot to ask was it updated via the one click auto updates or manually?

Im going to do some testing to see if I can recreate the issue. OF course if your testing reveals anything please let me know.

Dean, I was working with Seth last night. Still having issues with registration and checkout. enter image description here

It says there was a security error and your registration was not saved.

It was updated via the one click auto updates.

Further information maybe of value. I am using BPS Security PRO and WPML on a network installation.

@Paua OK thanks, ill have a look at it, I wont be able to replicate the use of BPS Security pro but ill see how it runs on a multisite.

@rshaik
Hi, can you start a new thread regarding the problem please, it will help this one stay on focus with the original posters issue. Once your new thread is made I will raise a ticket for the developers to look into this as it isnt the first occurrence.

Hi Rshaik,

Im still struggling to replicate the issue, but from the emails flying around Seth is dealing with this.

I noticed that you have updated to 3.1.30.4, I assume with no further errors?

Dean, have you been able to replicate my problem?

Hi

Sorry I am getting confused with their being to aspects to this thread (which is why we strongly suggest opening new threads unless the subject is identical).

Anyway, Paua, no I havent been able to recreate it as yet, I am struggling with updates on my local server.

What version of EE are you using now? Even though we have login details (separate query) I cannot see the version, as it is network activated.
