On our old/current website: http://www.medicinepath.org

We had purchased a couple of support tokens to make some updates to the language in EE3.

The files are in the /wp-content/uploads/espresso/templates of the old/current site but there are several different versions of the templates and I am confused about how to transfer them over.

These are the customizations we asked your support team to make:
On the event registration page:
old/current website: http://www.medicinepath.org/registration/?ee=626
new website on temp url: http://253.d69.myftpupload.com/event-registration/?ee=42
Remove/hide entire price “Price: $0.00” field
Remove/hide entire “Address:” field along with address, map & directions
Replace the word “Submit” with “Request Invitation”

On the Payment Overview / Registration Confirmation page:
old/current website: http://www.medicinepath.org/registration/
new website on temp url: http://253.d69.myftpupload.com/event-registration/

Instead of “Payment Overview” can it say just Overview?

In this text below, can we replace “registration” with “invitation request” or “request”

“Thank you! Your “registration” is confirmed for Healing Medicine Ceremony
Your Registration ID: 42-58f113c4d1268
A confirmation email has been sent with additional details of your “registration”.

redacted

I know we can only have 1 license active, I’m not sure if we should make the site live first or try to sort out these customizations first?

Please let me know how to proceed. I’ve been trying to sort this out chatting with Lorenzo, Garth and now Josh.

🙂

Please be sure to send in the redeem a support token form and we’ll review.

Hi Josh,
I have tried to submit the support token form several times now. I fill out all the fields, submit it, but then my account still says I have a support token available and asks me to fill out the form again. Can you help me? I’m not sure why my support token forms are not getting through?
Thank you.

Your account will say you have a support token available until we close it out. Thanks for re-sending, we’ve got it now.
