Hello, I am getting the following error after setting up a second Braintree account using Payments Method Pro add-on ‘unknown or expired payment method nonce’
This occurs when using the original Braintree payment that worked before activating the add-on. When I deactivate the add-on, the error goes away and payments work fine again.
Please can you help? We are basically trying to setup another Braintree account for classes ran by a second franchisee.
I’m afraid there’s the need for some developer involvement to fix this issue, as the Braintree add-on does not currently allow for activating two Braintree Payment Methods on the same site using the PM Pro add-on.
With JS heavy payment methods (like Braintree) there’s no other workaround you can use, the payment methods pro add-on (or possibly the Braintree add-on itself) will likely need to be updated for this to work.
