Braintree missing as payment method in refund

Hi,

I did an EE4 update and after I noticed that Braintree is missing as a payment method in refunds. Here is a screen shot: https://www.cprtrainingpro.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/03/Screen-Shot-2019-03-06-at-4.28.12-PM.png

Has this been replaced by another option?

Hi there,

No, this has not been replaced.

Can you check that the ‘Admin Registration Page (no online processing)’ option is enabled in the braintree payment method?

Go to Event Espresso -> Payment methods -> Braintree

The ‘Usable From’ setting will have ‘Front-end Registration Page’ and ‘Admin Registration Page (no online processing)’ checkboxes. Make sure the admin checkbox is enabled and save.
