Hi, we have been having ongoing issues with Braintree. The biggest problem is registrations are not being Approved once someone registers and makes payment thru Braintree, but rather the registration is Pending Payment. Below is an example.

This is causing customers to register multiple times and our company having to issue refunds. This happens with 1 in in every 5 registrations so it’s starting the get frustrating and time consuming.
Is there a better payment option for us to use? Are any of the payment gateways mobile friendly more than others?

Stripe is probably the best, and very mobile friendly. You should probably check your server’s PHP error log, there may be a problem with your web server since 1 out of 5 registrations are not getting updated correctly.
