When a user registers for an event, both the registration confirmation and payment confirmation are displayed on the one page. They each have a confirm button under them. Is this normal, couldnt all this information be in the one box with one confirm button underneath. It is confusing to have the two difference boxes and the 2 confim buttons. Any ideas. tjlbiz.com/wp

I did a test registration on your site, and cannot recreate what you are saying.
The event registration page has the standard name and email boxes and then you are sent to the confirmation page, to double check the information.
Yes that page does have two confirm registration buttons on it. It was a feature requested by many users in the past due to the Multiple Event Registration system.
You could modify the confirmation_display.php template if you need it to look different.
