Hello.
I am facing the issue described here:

In the past, I had sent an email about it but it remained unanswered.

Last Monday, I purchased a support token and filled in the form with a detailed explanation of the issue and WordPress/server credentials.
I still have not heard from you.

While checking my account I see the following message (which is not true, because I have already sent me (paid) support inquiry)
“Click here to redeem your support token!”
Please let me know what to expect and if I should expect any answer.
We need to move on with this issue.
