Is there any way to have a Booking Coordinator a hotfix piece of code would help.

Or a way to stop attendee one details form overwriting the current logged-in user?

Hi there,

If Attendee #1 is syncing details with the WP User then you have the WP User integration add-on enabled. That syncs Attendee #1 to the contact so that the registrations are linked to the contact and they can view them in the account’s ‘My Events’ section (using [ESPRESSO_MY_EVENTS] or from within their user account profile).

You can disable that from syncing in Event Espresso -> Registration form -> WP User integration Settings -> Always sync contact information with WP user profile?

However, note that disabling that sync means that any registrations added to the contact that do not match the current WP User account information will not be linked to the contact for the WP User and therefor not show up in the above My Events section.
