Booking Confirmation Emails not sending, but WP emails sending.

We have an install running at, however Booking Confirmation Emails have stopped sending.

I found on the forum a chat about installing the test plugin, this has worked and emails are sending from WP fine. I have also created test booking and tired resending the confirmation email and its not sending?

Can you help.

Hi Ian,

You can go to Event Espresso > General Settings, and try changing the email settings there to not use the Fancy email settings, and also try changing the setting to send before payment is received. You can also use an email logging plugin to verify whether or not WordPress hands off the emails to be sent. It may be the case that the email is sent off to the email server, but something within that email causes the email server to throw an error. You’ll have a better idea where the breakage is happening if you can log what happens during a registration.
