Hello, I’m assessing if the EE3 or EE4 is useful for our theatre in italy. There are basicly 3 things right now I would like to understand: a) As our theatre is a children theatre, most of our guest don’t want to buy tickets online but they want to book there tickets and pay after at the ticket counter. We are allready offering this service through our website and its very well working as we geather in this way also the email for our newsletter. Once I would use EE3 or EE4, I would like to maintain this service. So here is the question: Is it possibile to implement a double function, allowing the client to prebook or to buy tickets online? b) Most important: is EE3 EE4 totaly translated into italian. I found the file, but it dose not really explain if everything is allready translated, and if not, if I can easyly translate everything. c) As we need to manage multiple events through a year in a quite articulated date / time grid, what I understood is that I need to have a closer look to EE3 and not on EE4. Is that right? Thank you very much in advance for the answers |

Hi, Thanks for your interest in Event Espresso. A) How most of our customers handle this is to use an Offline gateway together with an Online gateway. The difference is that an Offline gateway is for things like Invoices, Cheques and Electronic Payments – basically anything that doesn’t get paid by card over the internet. The Online gateways (e.g. PayPal, Stripe, etc) take payment then and there over the internet. You can reword the Offline gateways and add in descriptions to advise your customers to pay at the gate. B) The EE3 Italian translation stands at about 55%, and EE4 at 63%. The language files are available for translation and we welcome translation submissions – https://eventespresso.com/features/languages/ C) TO clarify, you want your events to appear in a grid or table format? If so both EE3 and EE4 have addons that can assist with this: EE3 EE4 Let me know if you have further questions! Also, if you haven’t already, please give EE4 a test drive over at http://demoee.org |

Hi Dean, thank you very much for the reply. I started using the demo and the complexity is really impressive! Thanks in advance |

Hi Manuel, In EE4 go to Payment Methods, Then select the appropriate gateway and you can edit details from there. Screenshot http://take.ms/tFeXj |
