When I log into WordPress for TJHIKER.COM I get a blank Dashboard. I just updated EE4, Avada, and WordPress to the latest versions. Im not sure what is causing this, so you have any suggestions? the site is live but we cannot make any changes to it.

Hi there,

I can suggest following this guide:

The troubleshooting guide will still apply even if it’s not a totally blank screen.

I tried this in wp config
and it i could see that the trouble was from Formidbale Forms custim plug in and another plug in. ODD! well EE and Avada them have had trouble before working together so I assumed this was the problem again but it was not.

error_reporting(E_ALL); ini_set(‘display_errors’, 1);

define( ‘WP_DEBUG’, true);

I switched it back to FALSE after I disabled those 2 plug ins, there is stil one error for “object cahche” but the site is working

Hi TJHiker,

For future reference if you run into this again you can change only the WP_DEBUG constant to:

define('WP_DEBUG', true);

and that’s usually sufficient for displaying the error.

It might be a good idea to contact your web host about the object cache error.
