Hi, I just upgraded to EE4 4.3 and I have 5 or 6 blank venues and all the venues that I have are locked and I can’t delete them. I saw several posts that didn’t show resolution, instead they ended with asking for a temp login.
Any suggestions for how to unlock the venues and delete the blank ones?

Hi Randy,
Can you try to see if there are any events that these venues are added to? If there are, please either choose another venue or change it to “Select a Venue”.
Let me know if you have any issues.

I currently only have one active event and it does not have a blank venue assigned.

Could you spot check a couple of the blank venues and let us know if they are completely blank?
If there is any data associated with a venue, then they are still migrated over rather than abandoned.

Lorenzo, I have 9 valid venues but 5 that are not valid. some of them have some information from the valid venues and some don’t. Also all the venues are locked and I can’t delete them. I can edit but I may need to delete them too.
Here in the example the first 5 are not valid venues.
