Blank Registration Page After Submit URGENT!

Hi — I’ve gone through the other messages in the forum about this issue, but none of the suggestions have resolved it.

When I click submit from registration page, I get a blank page. There are no templates in the upload directory, it’s a brand new installation, and I’ve tried disabling all but the two essential plugins, but still the same issue.

Hi there,

It appears that you may have the latest version of Jetpack installed (version 2.0.4). Can you confirm?

If so, this appears to be an issue with the latest version of Jetpack. If you revert to version 2.0.2 Event Espresso will work as expected. You can download earlier versions of Jetpack here:

As an aside, we’re looking into this issue and looking into other workarounds, but for now reverting to the prior version is the simplest fix I can suggest right now.

Thx, I disabled Jetpack and it worked, but now I have this one:

(14) The referrer, relay response or receipt link URL is invalid.

I changed the referrer URL in to post 395, as it says in payment (SIM) settings, but I can see it try to go to post 394 instead and then I get the error. I’ve checked all the template pages, and made sure they were set properly and have the correct shortcodes.

Also — template directory in the upload folder is empty.

Any idea?

I fixed it — just needed to add receipt URL. Then got transaction error, but fixed that by resetting transaction key.

Hopefully that’s it!
