Blank page on activating payment method

I am trying to activate a payment method and I noticed a blank page when click on button activate “pay method name”.
I tried to deactivate all plugin related:
Event Espresso – Flexible Payment Method
Event Espresso – Payment Methods Pro
I have always blank page.

Where could I see the log for further investigation?
