Empty results would be caused by the current logged in user not having any registrations attached to their user account. If you go to your WordPress Dashboard’s profile page does that page include a list of registrations?

Of course I’m talking about users with registrations. In the admin panel the attendees have their relative registrations

Right, but are you logged into that user’s account?

Yes, logging in with any user account having registrations, I still have an empty page

Was the WP User add-on active when the registrations were made?

If you go to Event Espresso -> Registrations.

Find one of the registrations for a user account you’ve checked and gotten a blank screen on when viewing [ESPRESSO_MY_EVENTS] and click the ‘Edit contact’ icon – http://take.ms/Kq1s7

Do you see this link – http://take.ms/X1gsr

Yes, the add-on was active and the link is there.
I had already verified all this by reading in the forum, for this I no longer know what to do and I ask for help.

You should probably check to see if any PHP errors get thrown when viewing the page with [ESPRESSO_MY_EVENTS]. Can you follow the instructions here that show how to set up error logging?

If you include details of what you’ve worked through in your opening threads we won’t need to start from the very beginning next time 🙂

We don’t know what you’ve tried so we start from the most common issues and work from there.

Fatal error: Uncaught exception ‘EE_Error’ with message ‘An attempt to access and/or write to a file on the server could not be completed due to a lack of sufficient credentials.’

Usually, that’s due to an issue with the server config/permissions.

Try adding define('FS_METHOD', 'direct'); to your wp-config.php file somewhere above /* That's all, stop editing! Happy blogging. */

Does it load then?

I apologize for not having first described the details of what I had tried to do. I was not absolutely complaining about your answers.

define('FS_METHOD', 'direct');

Thank you very much! This finally solved the problem.
