Blank incomplete registrations showing in events

We have had a number of blank incomplete registrations showing up in events over the past few days showing no name, email or other details.

Could this be an issue with the registration, would you be able provide any insight as to why this is occurring?

Hi Shelby,

Incomplete registrations themselves do not indicate a problem.

EE creates the registrations as early as possible and then updates them as the user progresses through the steps, so what those registrations may simply be users (or even bots) selecting tickets on the ticket selector and then closing the page/navigating away.

Do you have reCaptcha enabled on the site?

Have you had any reports of issues?

If you check your servers error log do you see any errors from EE?
