Hello, when i want to remove a payment made by a registrant with a padlock, i need to go ‘deep’ in the payment en remove in the payment setting, the payment info. Every time I hit the trashcan item, I get a black beam on top of the browser. I don’t know what to do and I cannot remove the registrant. Please help
In this folder you can see printscreens:

Hi there,

We had a report of this issue a while back caused by an incorrect translation (some HTML was added to the translation which broke the JS in use on the page)

To confirm if that is the problem on your site can you temporarily switch the site back to English, refresh the transaction page and click the trash icon again, does the page then display correctly?

I see you also posted this on our community forum HERE and just want to explain that support staff do not monitor the community forum often as that forum is intended for users to discuss between themsevles which is why you have not received a response there.

Hi Tony, thanks for your reaction. When i need help for eventespresso in another problem, please let me know how to respond or ask a question, when this kind of asking questions isn’t the right way..

This forum thread is in the correct location for premium support, as long as you are logged into your account and post in any other section other than the community forum then we (support staff) will view and reply.

For example if select the premium support forum when posting – http://take.ms/eFwwB

Did you try my suggest above, temporarily switching the language?

i changed the language to English (US) and the problem is solved. I can delete the payment info as talked about in the first question. I saw my registrations drop from 10 to 8 when deleting 2 members. In the link in my first question, you can find printscreens of this action.

I just wanted to confirm that the issue was caused by the translation before fixing.

Have you added any custom translations to the .po / .mo files in use on the site?

If not you can download the latest version of the translations from here:

https://translate.eventespresso.com/projects/event-espresso-4/nl/event-espresso-nl_NL/export-translations?format=mo

Rename that file to event-espresso-4-nl_NL.mo and then on your site place it within:

/wp-content/uploads/espresso/languages/

Your site will then use the latest version of translations and fix the above problem.

Hi,

yes we have created custom translations through the details you provided through the website. I have downloaded the latest version earlier and edited this with POedit (since loco translate did not work sadly)

Does this mean we cannot use these custom translations?

Yes you can use custom translations but you will need to remove the problem translation from your current PO file.

You have an existing PO file with your custom translations correct?

Can you send me that? You can use support[at]eventespresso.com to send the file.

The problem with your current transnational file is the same issue posted here:

https://eventespresso.com/topic/cannot-delete-transactions-2/

If you fix that translation within your PO/MO file the transaction page will work as expected.

It is also possible to merge PO files so that your custom PO file contains all of the latest strings available for translations, see here for instructions on how you can merge the latest PO file downloaded from out glotpress project with yours:
