when i want to remove a payment made by a registrant with a padlock, every time I hit the trashcan item, I get a black beam on top of the browser. I don’t know what to do and I cannot remove the registrant. Please help

I have used Mozilla Firefox (version on Word doc in the folder) and also used Edge / IE11, it doesn’t seem to work. It seems that it pops-up ‘something’. I have allowed popups, but nothings works.. Strange…
