Billing Problem / Coupon Issue

1. Billing Issue
My client noticed that for situations where a partial payment is made by check, the amount due shown to the customer is not correct. For example, in the screenshot (http://willowmarketing.com/downloads/event_espresso.png) it shows a ticket price of $50 and amount paid is $49. On the Account page that the customer sees it still shows $50 when it should be showing $1 owed. Can you advise on what to do to make this calculate correctly?

2. Coupons
Also, if a client forgets to add a coupon code to an order and selects PO or pay by check, they don’t have the option to enter the coupon code later when they go to pay. Also, probably relating to the billing issue above, coupon codes entered in the Admin area using the View/Edit Payment link for a customer does not update the price for the customer. It still shows the original price and the customer gets charged the full amount if they choose to pay by credit card at a later date.

Info: I am using the most up-to date WP 3.8.2 and EE 3.1.36.5.P and EE – Ticketing 2.1

Hello,

Click on View/Edit payment link from the Edit Attendee Payment Record Screen.

Then enter $1 in the field for Enter New Payment Amount: ( $ ) and click on update payment. This should bring the balance to 0.

Promo codes apply on the front end but you can manually adjust the price for the customer through the Edit Attendee Payment Record Screen.

Try both of these and let me know if it works out.
