I just got an email that my event espresso is cancelled. I never got a reminder that I need it to pay. I always have for many years. And now the system wont let me pay.
I don’t often deal with account issues (I focus on support rather than sales/accounts) so I’ve asked our sales team to investigate what is happening and someone will contact you when available due to timezones.
What I can say is not to panic or stress over your account right now, we aren’t in the business of pushing you out due to a simple account issue, it’s just not how we roll 🙂
