Billing Address Information not sent to Mijireh

Hi there
We are using. all the latest version of Event Expresso 4 but are unable to get the Billing Address details to be auto filled on the Mijireh checkout page so clients ned to do this twice which is very frustrating. Do you have any solutions?

Hi there,

The problem is down to the address fields you currently request.

Event Espresso will send over any details your registrant has passed to EE, however Mijireh for the address Mijireh require street, city, state_province, zip_code and country. If any of those values are not provided then Mijireh will request the full address.

So to prevent this you need to enable the country question within the address information question group as you currently have all of the others.
