Bill To information not displaying on Invoice

The address information filled out in the Registration Form is not displaying under the Bill To heading within the Invoice. The Bill To section of the Invoice contains the following shortcodes:

[PRIMARY_REGISTRANT_FNAME] [PRIMARY_REGISTRANT_LNAME]
[PRIMARY_REGISTRANT_ADDRESS]
[PRIMARY_REGISTRANT_ADDRESS2]
[PRIMARY_REGISTRANT_CITY], [PRIMARY_REGISTRANT_ADDRESS_STATE]
[PRIMARY_REGISTRANT_COUNTRY]

However, only the [PRIMARY_REGISTRANT_FNAME] [PRIMARY_REGISTRANT_LNAME] information is displaying.

Why isn’t the address that is filled out in the Registration form contained within the remaining PRIMARY_REGISTRANT shortcodes? Or, what shortcodes should I be using to display the address?

Hi there,

It may be the system questions aren’t being used on the registration form. Can you post a link to the event so we can take a look at that form and verify?

Select at least one ticket and click “Register Now”. The site is in sandbox mode, so feel free to register completely with the test credit card information.

Hi there,

I checked and I only see First Name, Last Name, Email Address, and Company fields on the registration form. Here’s a screenshot:

You can check the box next to “Address Information” in the section labeled “Questions for Primary Registrant”.

After you’ve entered First Name, Last Name, Email Address, and Company information, click “Proceed to Payment Options”. Within that form is billing address fields. How can I get the information entered in these fields to display under the “Bill To” heading of the Invoice?

You can’t, that information is part of the payment and not stored with the registrant info.

For the above shortcodes you need to enable the Address Information question group and use those questions.
