Best action hook for running code after successful registration?

We have a plugin that we have built that sends enquiry data through from various parts of WordPress into a CRM system that we use in-house.

We need to be able to send event registrations through to this CRM, but I’m struggling to find a suitable AHEE hook – there doesn’t seem to be a full list of these hooks anywhere.

What would be the best way to hook into this process so that after a registration is completed, I can get that registration data and do what I want with it?
