Hi
I run a small site in the UK which supports the the musical genre of Soca. On my site I have an event calendar which has been very well received. On the back of the calendar success I have started to sell tickets to events. I currently use paypal, with the paypal email confirmation being used as the e-ticket (not ideal at all).
I am after a multiple event ticketing solution and by doing some research I came across yourselves. Before I make a purchase I’d like to find out some more details.
1. If all I require is the ‘ticketing’ side of your offering, is this available to purchase on its own?
2. My site is a WordPress site with a Nevada Theme. Have you come across any conflicts with this theme?
3. I currently use Timely’s calendar plugin ‘All In One Event Calendar’. Have you come across any conflicts with this plugin?
4. Is your plugin fully customizable?

1. Yes, the plugin by itself may be all you need. If you would like the users to be able to print out physical tickets to present at the door, you will need the ticketing add-on, which comes with the buisness license, or can be purchased alla-carte. If you would like to be able to scan the tickets at the door with an iPhone or iPad, then you will need the JSON api, which also comes with the buisness license.
2. I haven’t heard of any conflicts with the Nevada theme, but EE works well with any theme that follows good WP theme development practices.
3. I haven’t heard of any conflicts with that plugin, but we do have the Calendar add-on for EE that comes with any of the licenses.
4. The plugin is fully customizable with template files that you can modify at will, and you are of course free to modify any of the core files (although we cannot support core file modifications).
