HI,
First excuse my english but I’m french…
I’m very interesting in buying event espresso, what I need is :
Every participant has to upload a file (copy of his medical certificate) otherwise his registration is not validated.
He must be able to choose a T-shirt within the limits of the available stock.
He must be able to reserve a meal ( +15€ )
Every registration must be validated by the administrator. Validation with a message by e-mail during the payment and an other one in the validation of the registration with information.
Does Event espresso 3 ok for this ?
Must do I wait for the 4 version ?

And can I use my Bank system payment by ATOS ?
Actually I use it with prestashop.

Hi Grem,
Every participant has to upload a file (copy of his medical certificate) otherwise his registration is not validated.
Event Espresso does not have any file upload system at this time.
He must be able to choose a T-shirt within the limits of the available stock.
This can be done in EE3 via the Price Modifier plugin, but it does not control stock. You could create it as an event to control stock and use the Multiple Event Manager to allow the user to add multiple events to cart.
He must be able to reserve a meal ( +15€ )

Pre Approval can be done, the user is messaged and once the admin has approved the admin can send the registration confirmation email to the user.
And can I use my Bank system payment by ATOS ?
We have the ATOS Sips gateway available.

What about gravity forms ? Is it possible to use it for the registration form ?
So I would be able to add upload and option.. isn’t it ?

Hi Grem,
Neither EE3 nor EE4 have an official integration with any form plugin. However, if you engaged with a third-party developer they may be able to assist you with doing something like that. We may need to add some hooks to EE4 to make that possible but you can make that request to us as needed.

I’ve seen that many people asked it, are you going to add it in updates ?
Is there a way to make it possible ?
Is there a way to filter attendees by payment status and send an email to them?
Are you add it in updates ?

EE4 is included with all EE3 licenses right now. Not a separate purchase, no.
