On another topic, we have Beanstream Settings attached to our Event Expresso as our payment tool. We are finding it a troubling task to identify which event is which on the printed receipt that gets sent to our bookkeeper. There is no unique identifier on the receipt other than a “##” that is attached prior to the order number. Can you explain how we can attach a “Event Title” or “Item Name” that can be attached to the printed receipts that come from Beanstream?
– We have contacted Beanstream and they said that they would just to obtain an item description in reference to variables, so that it could be added to the printed receipt.

Alright Gary, could you ask them the variable name that could be used?
The reason I ask is the existing payment gateway uses variables like these (left column):

There is documentation regarding APIs call with reference fields on page 41 of the attached API Guide that they can refer to.

Hi, did Beanstream support provide you with that link?
It doesn’t have any references to ref1 on page 41 and this looks like a different coding language than PHP.
