Hi there,
Check your server’s error logs, are there any other errors from when that is running?
I’ve seen similar where there’s a fatal on the request and then the batch running can’t create the file and that error is then thrown.

I went into the cPanel and noticed we are exceeding our disk space. I suspect that is the issue. I will let you know. Thank you!

Those look like Apache error logs, I’ve removed them as they don’t help in this case.
I’m glad you found the problem 🙂
