What does this support addon give me? Do I necessarily need it?

Answered this via email, but wanted to post the answer for others.

With the purchase of the Basic Install and Configuration, we will install Event Espresso and the add-ons, and setup the Payment gateway of your choice. We will then go through a test registration to verify that everything is functioning as it should.
