We tend to delete credentials after a set period of time, for security.
I took a closer look and it appears that the version currently in Pre Release (.023) has some issues with the barcode. The latest from the developers (.135) seems to be just fine.
I’ll mention this to the devs and see if we can get an update.
I can send you a copy of the .135 release (Note: this might be buggy/buggier than normal pre releases, so use with caution) if you would like?
I checked and the credentials we have from you are no longer valid.
Have you checked to make sure that the ticket message type is active? The reason I ask is because the html source of the ticket page isn’t including any of the ticketing add-on’s Javascript. Here’s a screencap that shows the difference from a ticket from my testbox which includes the scripts, and yours, which doesn’t include them:
